Mental Performance Training for competitive edge, confident leadership, and lasting well-being
What is mental performance training?
Mental performance training empowers individuals with mental skills and tools to stay composed under pressure, adapt in the moment, and compete with confidence - allowing you to connect with your purpose, play with intention, and curate a mindset that supports a fulfilling life on and off the field, court, ice & beyond.
Similar to improving in a physical skill, enhancing mental skills requires intentional practice and commitment.

While mental performance training is popular among athletes, performers, first responders, and professionals, training can be beneficial for any individual who is seeking to enhance their mental skills and navigate various performance challenges.

No, mental performance training is not the same as mental health or therapy services. While both mental performance training and therapy support mental well-being, they serve different purposes. At Stride, we are focused on performance enhancement through evidence-based mental skills training grounded in sport psychology principles.
At Stride, all mental health related concerns will be referred to the appropriate resources, including a licensed mental health professional.
